Do you think one of the children has trouble getting up in the morning, or are they just very short-sighted? (Picture 6)

Sod the plumbing; why's it only £48k? You couldn't get a garage for that much round here! I've never been to Burnley but from that I'm guessing it's sh*t?

..and on the last two properties - Where is the garden photo? I always get very suspicious when I don't see a photo of the garden - ie that its a grotty tiny little back yard or totally non-existent...

But then I've just been "wandering around" properties on the web in a very different part of the country and been wondering where all the conservatories are - ie very very few of the properties one would expect to have conservatories in my part of the country (eg bungalows) have actually got one in that area.

You have to PAY ME £48k to live there!
Although is a very nice squash club in the area.
I know Burnley very well and you just wouldn't want to live there. Ever.
Well, the nice parts you would but the majority you wouldn't.

The bathroom's a bit odd too. The average sized bum is likely to fall straight down the toilet.

The EA has just grappled with aspect ratios and come off second best.

    It's bog-standard. ;)
