Yeah, and with a "magnolia makeover" that one would be quite a decent house. (Although HOW MUCH?!)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Why on earth do some sellers NOT clean up before the pics are taken?
We have an estate agent arranged for Wednesday morning to value our home. We have been running round mad de cluttering and making sure everything is cleaned, dusted and scrubbed if necessary. I couldn't not do it, I would be so ashamed to have pics put up on a web site like some of these linked on here.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p

Wouldn't pay that money to live on the busy A4.
That's just down the road and round the corner from me, and my selling agent too
I didn't follow the photographer round though :eek:Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -

They didn't need it. Since it came under permitted development, they only needed to conform to building regs.
Looks like the place has serious damp issues, and because they have applied some kind of exterior coating to non-cavity brickwork it's likely the previous owner created much of it.
Another 'Homes Under The Hammer' special, eh?0
