No outside shots? Perhaps the outside is painted pink too. I live 10 minutes walk away from there... maybe I'll go have a nosy:p

There is a pink house in Stoneygate (or at least there was 5 years ago). It was a massive place near the golf course by Stoughton Road. I remember a taxi driver saying it was two gay doctors who lived there!

    One Bedroom Bungalow ???

Looks more like someone has converted a garage into not-so-luxurious-living-space :D

My thoughts too. What's with the hob above the washing machine? Do you put your roast chicken in the washing machine then? Is it just an oven in disguise? :rotfl:

It must be tiny to have the fridge, microwave, washing machine and hob all together. And those kitchen doors in the front room are still giving me weird shivers!!!

It is still there. I was told that it was painted that colour due to a dispute with the nearby golfclub.

If I could find a place as good as the Bromsgrove one in my area, for that price, I'd snap it up.

Reading the details, I translate it to be: "we've called it an annexe and people we know helped us do it up - but shhh don't tell the Council as it should be separately rated for CT but it's not, we've shoved all bills into the price too as it's really only one room - and gets bl00dy cold with that plastic ceiling ..." So I think it's got no PP, isn't registered for CT and no building regs.

There was a similarly worded annexe round my way for about that price. The 'kitchen' was a sink and single drainer, with a double unit underneath - and the only means of cooking was a small microwave perched on a tiny shelf directly over the sink.

reminds me of when my fiancee was looking at somewhere to live on her own before we got together, it was advertised as a bungalow but really was a granny flat, worst thing was there were rules for everything, no private mailbox, and then they said its only for 6 months and then you have to move out
