Well, I placed my order over 3 months ago and stll haven't recevied it despite having several e-mails saying it would be dispatched "this week" over the past 6 weeks

I phoned Groupon to complain to them...should hear back next couple of days. They took payment so are legally bound to make good any loss or failure by this company to deliver. I've been waiting since Sept 8th, not had any replies to emails and they don't answer the phone, so I think it's fair for me to assume I'm not getting my goods, even if others have actually received them after having waiting for similar lengths of time.0

Well, over 3 months later my picture has finally arrived and I must say I'm actually really impressed with it
I'm even considering ordering another as they've sent me a 75% off coupon but at least this time I know I'm not likely to get it until sometime next year!

I managed to get through on the phoneline, after trying for 45 minutes solid and letting the phone ring for 3 minutes (when it wasn't engaged!)
I spoke to Gemma who was suprised my order was so late (Yeah, right :rotfl: )
She apologised, said she loved my photo, and told me she would push it through as it had gotten stuck in their system. She also mentioned putting a red sticker on for priority? She told me to expect it to be despatched by 5th December. By then it would have been 12 weeks since I ordered.
I really wish I'd have seen all this before I bought it, 3 months for a photo canvas is unreal, and the answers from YouFrame seem to be pretty generic now (stuck in system etc).
I won't hold my breath, but really hope I get it before Christmas.

Ordered my canvas on 9 September and have spoken to Cheryl for the last two weeks with the same line of being stuck in the warehouse because of lack of boxes. She told me last Friday that she would chase my order and personally guaranteed I would have it this week and I wouldn't have to phone again!! Phoned again this morning and spoke to Gemma - "will definitely reach you next week". They sound so genuine on the phone, that I almost believe them again, but like the previous poster - I'm not holding my breath!0

I ordered from a Groupon deal and had to phone to chase them. It took quite a while as they said it had been sent out, and after contacting Yodel they knew nothing about it, the next week I received 2! one from royal mail and one from Yodel. I was quite impressed with the quality of the canvas and as there was a 75% discount voucher in the parcel I ordered another 4 on 7/11/11. I rang on Wednesday (14/12) to find out when they would be dispatched and the lady on the phone was very helpful, and they arrived on Friday (16/12) and look stunning!
I'll deffinately be using them again, I think the Groupon offer (like many other companies) has had them snowed under-be patient and use the phone- they are very helpful and will sort it out for you0 -
Sadly I have had a very bad experience with them - I ordered a canvas for my dad for Xmas on 28th October - it has not arrived and WILL NOT arrive for Christmas. :mad:
Whilst they were very apologetic, this does not really compensate for the lack of pressie for my dad, particularly as I ordered sooo far in advance, and it wasnt the groupon deal!0 -
have had 2 orders this year from YouFrame, one took a while, the other was well within delivery dates Both were beautiful and very much appreciated. So, no reason not to believe that third time would also be ok. hmmph! order confirmed 3/11/11 email received 15/12/11 order despatched - 22/12/11 no sign. Now I am told that because of the high volume due to Groupon orders (not mine) the decision at the warehouse was Royal Mail OR Courier, guess what? mine went to Royal Mail and there is the end of the story, no possibility of tracking it, and no chance of checking with a delivery company. So now the picture for my 83 year old mum won't be here in time and I will have to find something else as a stand-by. So third time, will unfortunately be last time as far as I am concerned. There must be other companies who do this sort of work and are more reliable with their delivery dates.:mad:0

Where do I start??? I ordered 2 montage canvasses at the end of July. The first problem came when I ordered the canvasses: order 1 was a mosaic-style montage, where several tiny images are put together to form one large image (for this you had to specify on the order which image was the main image - which I did); order 2 was a simple montage of lots of different images (no main image required). The first e-mail I got asked me to specify on order 2 which was the main image. I e-mailed back to say there is no main image as it's a montage, not a mosaic. They replied to say sorry, yes you're right, our mistake. The next day I got another e-mail asking exactly the same thing again. I replied again saying I thought we cleared this up yesterday - there is no main image. They replied again, oh yes, you're right, sorry. Then I waited. Heard nothing for ages. Eventually I got one canvas through the post. Except the images were not mine! I tried phoning them several times about this - and about the other order which still hadn't materialised - but they never answer their phone. I tried e-mailing them - they don't reply to e-mails. Eventually I got on to Groupon where I ordered my voucher from and got them on to them. At least then they replied to my e-mails. However by this time they had apparently lost all my photos so I had to upload them all again for both orders from scratch. This takes several hours by the way. So I did this and again I waited. Imagine my complete and utter despair when my order 2 canvas arrived - again, completely the wrong images. That was probably 2 weeks ago - of course I've e-mailed them (twice) and phoned them again but absolutely no response. Will have to get Groupon to get involved again. I'm just going to get a refund for the second order if I can because I just cannot be bothered with this tinpot company any more. You have been warned!!0
