I received an email reply saying they would refund my post and packing fee "as a goodwill gesture".
I had to point out that I didn't consider it a goodwill gesture at all, it was more a refund of a fee I paid for a service they didn't provide!
Still no refund and no canvas.0 -
I ordered way back in June too. I have emailed them twice, tweeted them... Nothing seems to work. So I've stepped it up. Asking for Groupon refund; but I want my £5.95 postage back from them. So I've complained to Consumer Direct and I would encourage everyone to do the same. Going to post it to their Facebook as-well. Seems like a load of people are getting ripped off.0

I am having a very similar experience. Ordered my Canvas on 1st August - had not heard anything by 31st (which I thought was giving them plenty of time) so emailed them and got a reply on 3rd September to say my "Order Status has been changed to Lockdown Print" and would be printed in 7 days, then I would get an email to say it had been dispatched, and I should allow 3-5 working days for delivery. When I had heard nothing after 12 more days - I emailed again on 15/9/11 - but got no reply, then again on 19/9/11 - still no reply!
However, I have just managed to get my phone call answered by Cheryl - who was so polite and helpful, I could not help but like her!!
She immediately looked into my order and said she would arrange to have it sent out by courier - and I would receive by next Wednesday/Thursday. ( I will wait and see what happens)0 -
Emailing Groupon and copying in YouFrame may be of some use... my canvas arrived this morning!0

I placed my order with You frame on 8th August 2011 and heard nothing. I then emailed them after what what seems like an age, to find out when my order would be arriving. They replied to me on 2nd September 2011 saying it was now on lockdown and to allow 3 - 5 working days. Its now 22nd September 2011 and still nothing!!! I've just emailed them again and also emailed Groupon to suggest they halt republishing this offer until You-frame clear their backlog! Lets see what happens:eek::eek::eek:0

After phoning the number on the website on Thursday and speaking to Cheryl - I got an email yesterday (Friday) to say my canvas had been shipped, and it arrived today (Saturday).
I am very happy with it.
I would therefore recommend anyone to phone and ask for Cheryl - and she will sort your order out.:j0 -
Looks like the website is down now, cant get on it. My 21 days are well up. I wish groupon would vet these cowboy companies before doing business with them.0

Also had a problem with you-frame...Order placed on 8th August and after using the order tracker it said my order went into lockdown on 9th September and will be printed in 7 days - still nothing! Have emailed you-frame since and no reply, phoneline also seems dead when you try to call!
Have resorted to trying this facebook page to see if I can get a response...

Just assembled my print. Yes it looks great (although I credit that largely to the photographer rather than YouFrame). Unfortunately though, the pack was missing one of the wall hooks, so even now I can't get the flippin' thing on the wall.
YouFrame - one disappointment after another. I very much doubt that I'll be using the '70% off your next purchase' voucher that was also in the box!0 -
I placed an order with you-frame through groupon on 30 august 2011. Today is the 5th october and still no canvas. I sent them 2 emails a couple of days ago, and I've had no response. I am currently trying to call them and the phone is constantly engaged. I'm really fed up with this, especially as the photo is very sentimental to me. What else can i do to get through to them?0
