Hi ladies, I pop in from time to time from the ttc/12m+ thread to keep an eye on you rowdy rabble
I saw there was some discussion about buying things now for a (hopefully) future baby. I'm not gonna put my two cents in on that as it's a personal choice (though I would recommend storing it all out of sight, both for when/if AF comes and punches you in the guts, and for when/if there are nosey visitors coming over), but I just wanted to say be careful with getting disposable nappies etc in advance as they actually have a use by date on them, because of the chemicals in them.
Hth. Good luck with your respective journeys"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

How long do you have to take the folic acid for before you TTC? Sorry, I don't know much, I actually have not even read anything online (apart from pain relief during labour

I had no idea it was OK to remain a vegetarian during a pregnancy! I'm sure there is some books out there I can read0 -
yeh defo no reason to not be a vegetarian(ive been vege all my life so thats not changing)- as long as all the right levels (iron etc) are ok then its all good- and if anything is low they will let you know and recommend what to take
ask away on here- no question is silly!
