Afternoon all
Back after a family holiday - 12 adults, 3 kids and a bump all in one house for a week, it was chaos! our room was right next to the rooms my nieces and nephew were in so we didn't manage to sleep past 630 once, and I'm pooped! DH still broody though so there is hopeNephew no1 (1 next week) is really taken with DH, and kept following him around :smileyhea and niece no2 (20 months) has learnt to say "I need a guggle (cuddle)" and was trying it out on everyone *swoons* :happyhear
AF has finally arrived today, after a 50 day cycle, and this is definitely the real deal - I think previous AF was a withdrawal bleed. So I'm hoping for a shorter cycle next time round, and hopefully being able to spot the signs of OV. Still loving my new mooncup, would definitely recommend it to anyone who currently uses tampons.
Treating myself to carbs and chocolate today, but intending to get back on the diet/exercise bandwagon after the weekend. only 3 months or so til we start trying :eek:Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Welcome back LittleMoog! Glad you had a good holiday
I really love my Mooncup too and would also recommend it to others. Much less mess, fuss and hassle. Also, I don't notice it once it's in.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
IMO the best thing about it is that there's no string (ick), no feeling of bleeding (double ick ) I can't feel it at all, I could almost forget I was wearing it (if it wasn't for the cramps, ow!
) Plus it's v MSE as one will last for years :money:

Same here. I feel 'cleaner' during the whole thing now, which really helps to make me feel better.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
So DH says I am becoming baby-obsessed.... I think he might be right though.... Went into Mothercare at the weekend and brought baby bits (just some scratch mitts and hats)
. He said I can buy as much as I want when I am pregnant but as I am not he thinks it is going a bit too far
. I can see what his saying but like I said to him, "imagine how exciting it would be to know that something you have always wanted will be happening soon, because that's how I feel about having a baby".
Anyone else "baby-obsessed" or am I the only mad one? Became Mrs W in 2011:smileyhea Blessed with Baby boy 1 in 2013, Baby boy 2 in 2016 and Baby boy 3 in 2018 :smileyheaDebt @ 19/8/11 [STRIKE]£20,060 [/STRIKE] current £0Paid off 100% :dance:0 -

My DH is v worried about me getting obsessed, he got really cross when I said I wanted to start charting temps. I am given to working myself into a state with stress though, so I can see his point
I worry if I start getting too worked up now then if it doesn't happen quickly for us I'm really going to struggle with it, so I'm trying to stay chilled out and just enjoy being an auntie while I get to hand them back
I really want to start knitting though.......

Duly moved back
Absolutely terrified. Both of the responsibility that comes with parenthood, and also of the prospect of not actually ever getting there for one reason or another....Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
wow COMP, you're going great guns on the weightloss, nearly a stone! keep it up
I on the other hand, am not! started well, but when I weighed myself after we got back from hols (and after AF started) I'd put on about 7lb  I know that can't possibly be right, we were only away for 5 days, and I really didn't overeat that much. I'm hoping it's a LOT of water retention, as my tummy does feel weirdly large and my rings are really tight, but I never had this on the pill, so it's new to me. AF nearly over now, on CD6, so hoping it will settle down and next week will show some progressLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
