Looks like Tigergame.co.uk will be back online shortly, just went on to their website. This is what they are saying:-
Welcome to TigerGame
Our website is currently offline.
We would like to apologise to any customers who placed orders between the 26th November and the 2nd December, due to the failure of our credit card processor (PayPal) those orders will not be processed. If you find that you have been charged by paypal then please take the issue up directly with PayPal or a chargeback via your card issuer, no requests for refund will be contested by ourselves as we have not received payment for any orders placed during those dates. We regret that we cannot enter into any communication regarding any orders placed during this period as we are not responsible for the failure of PayPal with regard to those orders.
All orders placed prior to the 26th December the been dispatched and delivered.
We expect our website to be operational again in the new year.

My local Trading Standards office has been in touch and they say that unless they can make contact with these people, there is nothing they can do. They have asked Cornwall Trading Standards to find out about 'Michael Ward Web Design' as the address is certainly false, although there is a '1 The Pavilion' in St Mawes! I feel sure it must be an offence to register a company with a false address but I'm not sure who should be told. Any ideas? We must do all we can to stop them trading again.0

I placed an order with Tigergame.co.uk for £68 and have never received the games. After reading this forum i thought i had lost my money. However, PayPal have refunded me the money that i lost. If any of you have not yet started a dispute within EBay I suggest that you do. I hope you all get your money back.0

I have at last been refunded by my credit card supplier even though PayPal wouldn't. So, at least I have my money back but I am still determined to stop Tiger from trading. The trouble is that no-one seems able to find them so it's a bit difficult! Any ideas?0
