I've Just Found Through This Site I've Been Done, First Time In 5 Years Of Internet Shopping. Looks Like I'll Stick To Amazon And Their Marketplace, You Can't Go Wrong There. Hopefully Over The Years I've Saved More By Shopping Around Than The £73 I've Just Lost.0

hi, pete ........how did you pay?..........don't forget you may be able to claim it back.......either through credit cards or paypal..........you have nothing more to lose.........I too have been ' done for the first time ' with internet shopping.......in around 5 years ..........the web site did look convincing then!!!......at least I thought it did...............
On a seperate note...........Has anyone heard anything from paypal yet?????/
I love to hear if anyone has been successful with a refund.............0 -
Same story here...site looked really professional. Normally not sucked in by this sort of thing but I was in a hurry and the prices were good.
Have since lodged a dispute with Pay Pal. Will let everyone know how I get on. Worst case scenario, I try and get money back from credit card company.
Checking the TigerGame website shows that it has been suspended. Hope these people get locked up...what a totally crap thing to do at this time of year.0 -
Hi all - I've just stumbled across this site and am gutted having just realised I've been conned out of £62 by these cowardly cheats.
I did pay them thru Paypal but am unsure how I go about making a claim. Any help/tips would gratefully received
Merry B***dy christmas....:mad:0 -
hi, go to paypal site.........now find the actual payment you made ......I think mine was to ASG.....( I think )........now you should find a bit ' item not received ' ..........it asks for a description on events ............and that's it............keep your fingers crossed.............I shall see if I get my refund .........I think paypal should cough up........and they should review their system.......it obviously is open to abuse.........anyone fancy emailing ....watchdog?????/
goodluck with the refunds everyone.............0 -
I am thinking of contacting Watchdog. If we all do the same, they may take up the case. The address is: BBC Watchdog, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TS or email to: watchdog@bbc.co.uk If we all tell them our troubles and it seems we all have the same tale to tell, they can't ignore us. We hope.
I claimed via PayPal but with no success. Their replies seem to be churned out by machines (although I'm sure they are real people). They come out with the same stereotyped answers that don't address the problem. They keep on about things bought from eBay when I have told them several times I didn't buy through eBay. It's like banging your head against the proverbial brick wall.
Good luck everyone and commiserations to those who have lost a lot more than I have.0 -
I've just clicked on the link - https://www.tigergame.co.uk to have a look at the site and it say that "the account has been suspended".. maybe they are being investigated??
I hope you guys get your money back.0 -
I think it's more likely that Tiger have suspended the site themselves - for some reason best known to them.0

Thanks for the advice - i've just logged a claim on Paypal -I've got to give them til the 22/12 and if there is no contact from the seller then the claim will be found in my favour. So finger crossed I'll get my money back??
I think we should all contact Watchdog to highlight these unscrupulous fraudsters and the risk to everyone. If it stops 1 poor unsuspecting soul from being conned then its worth it...0 -
i too have not got my game so i emailed them got this reply
