Have any new citibank customers received a letter yet about the proposed changes to the plus account ... I've noticed some existing customers have posted that they have received theirs and I wondered if any of the newer members have:question:

Hey, it's a pleasure ...

I'm fairly new to the forum myself (although my post count is going up rather quickly) ... and everyone is really friendly and helpful on this thread ...

I'm also planning to stay with the sterling/plus account as the mobile phone/holiday insurance will come in rather handy .... :T

No, I have't yet ... I spoke to citibank earlier in the week and they advised letters would be sent out ... but didnt say when ...

my account has been open a couple of weeks , and we've not had a letter about the changes yet.

maybe i didnt read it right, but i just applied online and it seemed to me by the page that came up and the email at the end of the application screen that it had already been accepted?

And that it was just a case of sending in the id etc to confirm it. Maybe I read it wrong though we will have to wait and see.

Hopefully that is the case for you. I know when I aplied I got an email telling me what ID was required. Then a few days later I got the paper application. They may have changed the process
