    Many people who are on benefits have applied and been approved for the account. Apply for the account and I am sure you will be ok.

    Hi i have just got my citibank access account but i have just found out you dont get a cheque guarantee card so can i upgrade to a citibank pluse account.

    I am sure you will be fine, People on here who have shocking credit ratings have been approved, people on benefits have been approved, So I cant see any reason why you wont be approved.

    You can call them to upgraded - 0800 00 55 00, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
