I just rang Tax credits to change my bank details over and when it was all done he asked if I wanted him to pass the details over to Child Benefit to change my bank details for that too. I said yes and he said it would be sorted ASAP. Job done!

Just got to change my IS and my NTL Direct debits and mustn't forget my TV licence...must find that and do it now...

Unsure, and I would say that the majority of people on this thread are probably unsure of this too. They may infact use both credit reference agencies.

May I ask why you need to know this? :)

Just had my application pack through and as don't have a cheque book, rang up to ask what I could send instead. Lady said I needed a certified copy of my passport????Did anyone else have to do this??
  • on citibank after going round and round in circles trying to find it they use experian to do checks if they need to, took 2 hours to change all my DD's over the phone, but now all set up to go out of citibank on my terms not theres e.g. dates in the month, tv licence all you need is the licence no and your bank details, unfortunately its a 0870 no which is 0870 850 1672 takes about 10 mins to sort out, got a major head rush now with too much info.

Yes everyone who has applied without a cheque had to send another form of ID, including myself :)

Yes but you can just send a colour photocopy according to Citibank, it doesn't need to be certified, they accepted mine and husbands without certifying.
