Yup you need your PIN the first time online, when you register :)
  • well I've managed to change 3 direct debits online these are bt and my gas/electric with southernelectric/equigas/equipower. but the rest I'm going to have to do over the phone, I did'nt want to cancel any at barclays until they'd all gone out incase they got wind of me going to another bank, but I think they know something is up, they offered me the full account with all the trimmings the other day, I said I'd think about it and get back to them this week, little do they no I will be getting back to them but to cancel everything, I've even got a quote for my house insurance which is only 25p cheaper a month but still worth doing, with citibank, every little helps 25px12=3.00quid. and the excess is £25 quid cheaper as well, so I'm going to go for it, and say goodbye to barclays forever.

  • I see quidco wont accept my citibank card, so put in my new halifax visa instead, I knew it would come in handy for something, just been on quidco and in just over a week I've earned £19.quid not bad. so I'll leave my new halifax account as my savings account no2

Don't worry Denise, Citibank are VERY accepting, my hubby couldn't even get a basic account before now and that must be really awful. I'm sure you'll get accepted.

Good luck and keep us posted,
