Have they already taken payment? How did you pay?0 -

It may not be looking good for you? Assuming you paid by Credit Card I'd give your CC company a call.
Good Luck0 -
My colleague tried to place an order yesterday and had lots of difficulty and was on the phone to them and they couldnt even take payment through on the phone. The person on the phone never mentioned anything about any problems like this. So in the end he put the order through without taking payment and said he would call back the next day for payment and she has had an email from parcel force saying her order is dispatched and will be delivered today. But she hasnt had a phone call for payment. Do you think she will still receive it?0

Luckily at the last minute I decided to go for there interest free option so I guess I would only be out of pocket the 10% that I needed to put down as a deposit! Pity though I really liked the kitchen!!0

We were informed early this year that our local Focus DIY store in Gillingham Dorset would be closed and Asda would take over the building. We don't need another supermarket - we need a DIY store. I think it's very sad.0

read your terms and conidtions usually you have a 7 day cool off period so i would cancel your order before your 7 days are up and you should get all your money back0

just ordered lots of things from focus over £1000 what should i do? will i still recieve my order or should i cancel it?
I bought 2 large cans of paint yesterday and because I couldn't carry both home I asked if I could collect the 2nd one today ( I live 5 mins away). I went into the store this morning and showed my receipt to customer services and was told that really she shouldn't let me have it because they were in liquidation. She also said it was a good thing I hadn't put them on a customer order as she definately would not be able to give them to me. So nightmar I don't know what you can do but my guess is that you are not going to receive your goods. If you paid by credit card that might help. Good Luck.0 -
I placed an order with Focus DIY on the 18th March 2011 for 7 items of bedroom furniture for my kids. For weeks I have been told the order would be delivered when the last item came into stock. For 6 weeks I've been waiting, 6 of the seven items were in stock but needed delivery due to size and weight.
Today my local store manager phoned to say I had to speak with Ernst and Young on 0161 333 2863 and give my order details..well its just an answering machine  so what next??
The local store has my items, I've paid £523.59 (This was 50% off in a one week special sale) My Bank cant help unless Ernst and Young confirm that nothing will happen and i n the mean time I move house in two weeks and my kids will not have the beds i paid for 6 weeks ago :mad:
It says in the press that Focus will continue to trade with the receivers running the show, but the doors are closed, how do I get a refund or my furniture????? Please help0
