Hey_Dude wrote:Cheers,
I was just getting a little tired of reading all the 'gimme gimme' posts and some of the aggressive nonsense - including a crude and offensive pm - from a certain Dude - needed to take a time out.
Also had to do some work....

I think some of us have had to have more patience to stay with this thread than stand at CS arguing over a refund for the last few days!DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -
morning guys, i may have posted in the wrong place but i need your advice.
Just been to tesco with my dad and bought two phones for me and my brother for xmas, i picked up 2 of the w810i which had a £169 and when you spend £20 you get it for £147.97. when throught check outs phones have gone through at £149.99 each so OVERCHARGED by £2.00
took to customer services and they got a manager and she refused to r+r all she would do was refund the diffrence and told me they cant do it as its classed as fraud.
now rather than leave the phone i have paid the £147.97 so i have a recipt proving the they had that price plus i have the recipt they over charged us on..
do i now call head office to complain?
thanks
in advance:D0 -

Go to www.thegymwebsite.co.uk/glamour and follow the instructions. You need to give you dd details so don't forget to cancel before 24th Jan otherwise you're tied into a 12 month contract!0

They sound like bullies!! Agree totally with Danuk.
Good luck, and don't be put off by a bad experience. Most CS are ok about the policy, if you remind them of it!!!:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. Thank you to everyone who agreed my baby was the cutiest. Want to go round and hug everyone who voted, it means so much to me!:A0 -
