Can anyone tell me if you have to do the r+r at the store you got the product, it may sound a daft question but this is on one of the phones with no 20 discount taken off, so not exactly store specific.

Yes you do a r&r at the store you purchased the product from.

Think you would have to do this at the store bought at because you have to show them the sign, or they could twist your words or try to say you have seen a different sign, surely, you know what tescos are like!!
