  • hi. just a newbie question. i still haven't spotted a misprice in my local tesco store but a bit confused about a yellow label. the label says: highest price charged, where stocked, between 1 oct and 30 nov 2006. what does this mean since it is already december? will the sale price be different now? thanks.
  • surely with the amount of people that got a free xbox via mr t, I'm surprised they did'nt stop selling them all together, surely the overcharging they were doing (that innocent people didnt notice) did'nt out weigh the amount of people that rnr ed them.
why oh why was I to late for the xbox, please let them bodge this up again, would'nt that be a nice xmas pressie. who here got a xbox??

this is legal for items to be on sale
it must list prices at a higher price to be on a sale

I love stickered items, nice & easy. Had some great Gameboy games and dvds for Xmas pressies.

My local never has stickered goods

Unless someone gets there before me

Not as easy as it seemed, I didn't get r&r for my xbox overcharge, just a lot of abuse.

They have all been careful lately, bide your time, the dvds get stickered before they enter the store so a new delivery that's not checked always brings new opportunitys. keep a look out

    Failing that try more stores

I got a Core last time, I want a free Premium to sell to make up for my lack of ***** to ask for a premium last time. I didn't get any abuse head office were very nice about it. I only gave the store one chance to refund before I went to Dundee

so if a mobile phone for example has that label, say £80. then there was a sale price of £60 with the note: "highest price charged, where stocked, between 1 oct and 30 nov 2006." when i go and get that phone, what will the scan price be since it is already december? and assuming the scan price would be £80, is that a misprice? sorry if it sounds so stupid...don't want to be embarrassed in front of cs. thanks.
