Could there possibly be a leak in the 'Circle Of Trust'.....(And no it wasn't Cosmic) but someone seems intent on PMing me with mis-prices:beer:
At least TE's posted to confirm that there is a mountain of misprices we don't even know about!
All we've got to do is find them.

Thanks for the tip off TE. Just what we needed to hear !!

Duty manager and a so called manager at HO, I bottled it then and returned item to another store but if I had held out a nice lady from HO was going to authorise my r&r. So the moral is don't listen to jumped up twerps who say nothing can be done, someone will probably get back to you just make sure you still have the goods.
  • tesco sale starts 26 december for the stores what are open the rest 27 december

  • Forgive me if this has been answered already, but trawling through 1** pages was going to be a nightmare.

Spotted over-price in Tesco Bury last week. CS called manager and accused me of "6th r+r in last two weeks" (actually only 3 in 3 months).

Manager offered only difference. I called Head Office and passed phone to Manager. He turned round and said "I don't care about Tesco policy. I have discretion in this store. No r+r. Difference only"

What is the policy on this?

    Many thanks

Go to page 1 of this thread and write/email and phone the numbers for Tesco and T Leahy, if this is the first time going through HO they should sort it for you.

I would give up on the RnR, however report them to TS. Looks like more and more of this is going on - The only way to stop it is TS, they will soon think twice about refuting RnR if the individual stores get inundated with 'black marks' against them

What do the rest of you think?

If it is the first time you are contacting HO then keep on at them you will usually find that they will back you eventually. If like me you have already gone down that route for an expensive r&r then I don't think HO will view you in the same way - although I believe they should, an overcharge is an overcharge.

I was told by duty manager that I was abusing the policy, HO were unsympathetic as I had been to them before so I have stopped r&ring at this store temporarily until either the cs and dm develop amnesia or someone opens a large supermarket opposite and head hunts them.:D
  • Could anyone else confirm out there if they have tried the 15" television with the half price bracket offer, only just seen this on the misprice thread?
