jediross, do you have a friend or OH who can pop back for you for this R&R?

You would need to tell them to check out the POS you saw first, so they know exactly what you saw instore, then they could go to CS and say 'I bought this over the weekend but at home I thought the price was lower. It is, I have just checked the shelf over there...'

Only because if any of the CS remembers your face from the last phone you are very likely to be flagged in this store as a serial R&Rer, IMHO. Spreading R&Rs out across several stores is best, I find.

I see many have came out of the woodwork again due to yet another mobile phone fiasco.

Why cant these "lurkers" contribute 365 days of the year instead of the 3-4 days when there seems to be a free mobile phone or a free slab of meat / xbox / 6 pack etc!

This is part of the reason some members have gone underground and seem to have a "clique" (speeling ok constantine? )

Sadly this seems to be something thats here to stay and before you ask , no im not in it :eek:

jediross, I really would't wait until tomorrow, by then the offending POS could have been removed. Especially if somene else has already R&R'd it.

Have not scanned it recently - all the SELs I have seen have matched the sticker price. I think it's 27.xx?

If you don't want to take it back for refund just take it to the till along with some other stuff. When they put it through check the scan price - if scanning correctly just say you've changed your mind and ask them to cancel the item - they can amend it there and then for you.

The mobiles and consoles attract new posters because they are so high profile - Many who could not care less about half an organic sheep will jump through hoops for a new Nokia P3ni5 3X+3n5I0n gratis.

This post was originally posted on the ebay board but got moved here so thats why so many different & new people replied as maybe they dont usually look at this board. As i dont much anymore as Tesco dont owe me anything anymore and i feel bad specifically going to Tescos to get an item that i know that they will pay me to take away.
