took to customer services and they got a manager and she refused to r+r all she would do was refund the diffrence and told me they cant do it as its classed as fraud.

Complicated crime to prove, illegally obtaining gain from someone by deception, and staff should NOT be branding legitimate customers as Fraudsters (deformation of character:mad: )

They would have to prove that YOU had acted with guilty intent,

and there must also be a victim, or someone who is disadvantaged whilst you gain advantage by the action.

As it stands Fraud would not be complete.

But to attempt a fraud is also a crime.

so, if you did have guilty intent, prior knowledge of the R+R, and they could prove this, the crime of attempt fraud has been committed.

By you and any persons with you if acting together:eek:

    On a brighter note:D .

I think that if you had gone for one phone, then visited another store for the second you would all probably be smiling today.

I agree but how many different alias's can Kevin Kelly have>? :D

    None, is my bet.

This constant accusing of new posters does nothing to encourage new posters. If I was a n00b over the last couple of weeks I would have thought long and hard about joining in. One wrong word and the mob descends. Not pretty to watch.

This post was originally posted on the ebay board but got moved here so thats why so many different & new people replied as maybe they dont usually look at this board. As i dont much anymore as Tesco dont owe me anything anymore and i feel bad specifically going to Tescos to get an item that i know that they will pay me to take away.
    Each to thier own though!

Was just about to reply earlier, when i noticed your last line addendum.

    No need to now.

    Each to his/her own.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
