Sorry you feel annoyed something or someone (sorry I don;t always get to read all the threads) I'm just hoplessly optimistic that most of us are contributing as we all should
Go on then

Postman... we only have your word it was deliberate... and its not hard to see how much your word means... or doesnt...
btw... I do a lot of work with people who have been through breast cancer and subsequent treatments.... so your insult was quite apt..

I've just been overcharged by £2 on a phone but the Manager refuses to give me a refund on the basis that I knew it incorrectly priced, what do I do now?
Advice anyone?, I knew I should have started with something smaller but you all make it look so easy.

Tip - Wear comfortable shoes.
Tip - Under the hedge is not a secure place.
Tip - If next door looks like a crack den, thats not secure either. Most of my parcels end up down Cash Converters before the pubs open.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
Hermann wrote:I really don't see how R&R could ever be described as fraud.
The fact is, no matter what has been posted on here, no-one ever knows what they are going to be charged at the till until they actually pay.
There is no way of knowing what an item will scan before it goes through the till. Even managers in store have to scan them through a till when checking.
The nearest thing is using a price scanner that some stores have. However these do not always scan at the same price as the till and they also do not show multibuy or linked discounts.
So how can there be fraud ? The customer is the victim of a criminal offence and they have no way of knowing that would happen.
The customer may hope that the offence takes place.
But there is an enormous difference between hoping and knowing.
So you are hoping that you will be able to commit a fraud?
I think deep down you know that we all tread a fine line and that is why we get the BUZZ.:D
I started my post by saying that fraud is complicated and thus "open to individual interpretation".
Like it or not..........right or wrong...........moral issues aside.
Most frauds are not black or white, they fall into a grey area.
That is why a JURY (individuals) are used to decide the outcome of a criminal trial.;)
I rest my case.0 -

How did the manager prove that you knew it was incorrectly priced?0 -

Now I'm confused, I can't tell what you want from me - to prove that I have gained, or that I have contributed?0 -
