Why do store managers continue to behave like this. It is their staff that are making the mistakes !!!!!!. If they were to sort it out they would not have to refund would they.
Constantine, can you tell me, do stores have a target as to how many refunds they can give? Say per month or week? Where does the money come from and does it have to be reported?
CheersWe took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -

I was speaking to a Tesco manager in waiting type friend last night, just telling him about my recent conquests (XBOX games, XBOX360, champers, hifi system etc), he reckons that the price changes that happen overnight are all detailed in a list and that the store should not open until they have all been accounted as changed. (Must point out this is *only* the increases, as they are OK TS wise about decreases).
He laughted about the Tecknika Hifi, where the A5 SEL stated 28/11, and I picked it up 3/12!
To be honest he seemed totalley disallusioned with the Big T and congratulated me on each and every R&R.
Also, he mentioned that planA is to go for "the difference", but if customer dares mention "The Policy", he goes straight for the R&R no questions.
Oh also heard that managers get NO BONUS if their "r&rs" are low. However they are measured!0 -

Yes. It comes out of the till. So it comes off the stores turnover. Its reported automatically by raising the refund in the first place.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

Maybe. But I don't offer the difference, nor do I encourage others to do the same.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

HELP!
I p have just been refused RnR on a product. I definaltely saw it at the lower price. I rang the store up who said that it was full price and not on offer. So i went up to the store to check it out, obviously knowing I am right as the yellow large pos was there. but when I went back. The lady only offered me the difference as she knew me and that I used to work there, as though she was doing me a favour! I said that surely I should be entitled to full refund, she said no because she hasnt seen the pos stating the price I saw.
Firstly I would not go and embarasss myself for something I didnt see.
Secondly why would she offer me the product at the reduced price??
What shall I do?If this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0 -
Ask for the Manager, if she has offered you the difference then she has admitted you were over charged. Policy should come into effect. We took on Mr T and we won:D
