We all know the majority of staff will offer the difference where possible, we both know that this instruction comes from management level, I accept that not all managers instruct their staff to take that course of action but it common practise.
Depends what store you shop in. It is not in mine, nor in my last store, nor in my local store. Thats 3 down, just 1200 or so to goWho or what was I before you came in to my life

It was and is worth raising my profile for. Still very upset about the whole matter.
Only you can make that decision then, if you feel strongly about it then go for it. You may not get the refund but you may get a "sorry" from HO which as posted before is usually about £20 :beer:We took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -

So why do some fight it sooooooooo hard?
Indeed. I was agreeing. Tesco do not operate with performance related pay/bonuses.

Always accompany CS staff to offending SEL/POS
Yeah, I did at the weekend, the item actually had 2 OOD SELS on it! I took one to CS and was told "Sir, you shouldn't be removing the label", I said "it's OK there is another one still there c'mon I'll show ya!"
This was after the Electrical dept miffin' me by saying the price you were charged is correct, the A5 SEL is OOD!!!???
Full R&R BTW!0 -
Constantine wrote:I have no idea when you worked in FMC, so can not say if there are more changes now. I do know that recently large Extra's were hitting up to seven thousand on peak days - how does that compare?
Its not a £2k fine for each miss price, either. That is only if TS prosecutes (and wins). Does not appear to happen all that often.
Lastly, a big chunk of the miss prices that crop up are nothing to do with FMC/PID. Extra resource would not help.
Hi, I guess PID is product identification, but what does FMC stand for? One definition the acronym finder came up with was 'Feeble Minded Customers', which can't be right!0
