I have no idea when you worked in FMC, so can not say if there are more changes now. I do know that recently large Extra's were hitting up to seven thousand on peak days - how does that compare?

It's no wonder they are having issues, that must be changing every price in the store weekly!

    R&R ahoy!

Well had my best day so far. (the highest in 1 store)

Went to a small tesco a little out of the way, and did some browsing came across the Palin book at £8.86 and that went into my basket. Had a look at other known misprices and could not see anything and the remembered the Moet.

Went and to my delight there was that misprice! :D

But they only had 4 bottles on sale and did not want to ask for anymore, so pickerd up 2 bottles of Rose wine (£3.99ea). Then as they were going through they scanned higher (inside wooo hooo). They guy on the till was saying was a huge saving i was getting with the 25% off aswell.

Went to CS desk and explained and tbh these were brillrent, all 3 of them they even told me about the policy and explained they needed a manager to say ok as it was over £20. Even the sercruity guy was having a joke and asking the girl to put the label back up so he could buy some later. And said he be going to another store later to check on it :)

Manager came and was also fab. Said 'so sorry and the girls will sort a refund out for you.' And the best bit gave the full refund not minus the 25% so they paid me to take it away!
  • Just been refused a misprice and could do with some advice, was SHOUTED at by manager in middle of the store, point blank refused refund and he said GET TRADING STANDARDS I DONT CARE amongst other things. Now Im not very big and he was and he stood as close to me face on as he could. I was very upset and just gave up.
Hubby went to the store later to get a look at him and heard him saying to the handover manager how he had just 'had enough and the woman kept telling me to stop shouting' I did ask him to stop shouting at me:confused: now I dont know what to do Any advice welcome please pm me

edit to say we were in the middle of the store because I took him to the sel and all he would agree to was a refund of the difference

On another point, when I was in Tesco yesterday I saw a mouse behind the CS desk!!!! I tried to call Customer Services this morning but their computers were down apparently so I couldn't report it. What would you do?

    Hi Guys,

Just became a member of fixture ferrets and printed off 11 pages of offers that expire on 05/12/06, therefore was wondering will any of these be r&r oppurtunities tomorrow? If so what is the best time to go.
