Tesco misprice discussion area part 15

Tried to get some steak on a OOD sel yesterday but between me picking it up and going through the till - literally 5 minutes - someone took the SEL away!! I got a refund but think I'm identified myself as a R&Rer... so may stay away from that store for a while! (I don't think they really understood why I didn't want the refund, if I wanted the goods anyway... I wanted all my money back! It was £15 worth of steak!!)

Anyway, went to another store today and bought some different steak and got a full R&R. I love eating steak courtesy of Tesco!

Oh and with the finest range where its £1 off, if you buy reduced items its still working at the moment. Got it yesterday and today on 4 different items. Got them at first discount but I guess if you went later on, you could effectively get them free depending on how much they're reduced by!

On another point, when I was in Tesco yesterday I saw a mouse behind the CS desk!!!! :eek: I tried to call Customer Services this morning but their computers were down apparently so I couldn't report it. What would you do?

Further to my reply above I did notice that the shelf edge label for 3:99 had "discontinued" printed on it

Oh yeah...thats correct. The garbage goes from your count but the thanks stays

So the real trick is to make a post that get loads of thanks but is bound to be deleted :cool:

Evening all
Just to confirm, over the hedge double disc edition scans at the correct price ( in my ts anyway). There were no other dvds, they seem to have taken the stickers off of most of them now and they had cleared the argentian wine off shelf. Then to really top it off mince pies were correctly priced - unbelievable - had the munchies as well :mad:

so all in all a very uneventful trip. xbox core was 194.xx which reading on here i take is the correct price still.:rolleyes:
