I'm sure I would have remembered you...most of the CS i have had encounters with were actually old trout.....
It a pleasure to get a smiling face at CS.
Can I ask.......are you totally against RandRers, or do you agree with what we do.
Please make sure you dont give out any hints to your location or identity.
I hope you find this thread beneficial to you, and in return, I hope we may get some benefit from your CS experiences.
And before anyone else mentions this,(maybe not as politely as I will) do you know anyone nicknamed "frequent"
first off i am def not an old trout lol.
i also agree with the r+rers as we are just shwoing up tesco for all the mistakes that they make. each store only has around about £150 budget each week for overcharges although it virtually always over that in store anyway.
would never give away my location as i wouldn't want my job to be in jepardy.
will def help with any issues any of u have if i can at least.
who or what is this frequent that you are askign about? sorry not sure if i am missing something here.0 -

Great attitude !
I'm sure you'll fit in well here.each store only has around about £150 budget each week for overcharges
That wouldn't even cover one visit from some MSErs !!
Are you able to tell us what happens if the store regularly goes well over that ?0 -

Can I ask........when faced with an overcharge, have CS in your store been told to only "offer the difference", unless the customer mentions the policy.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

The word is that Mr T has cut his staff's overtime on the run up to Christmas! Less working hours may mean a less efficient pricing program eh?
Keep up the good work peeps:j :T :rotfl:

Frequent is a poster here who has "scored" with a couple of Tesco CS staff after chatting them up whilst claiming a refund for being overcharged. (Obviously, not both CSAs at the same time...). He's a bit limited now, though, as he's been given a nationwide ban from all Tesco stores.
