first off i am def not an old trout lol.

i also agree with the r+rers as we are just shwoing up tesco for all the mistakes that they make. each store only has around about £150 budget each week for overcharges although it virtually always over that in store anyway.

would never give away my location as i wouldn't want my job to be in jepardy.

will def help with any issues any of u have if i can at least.

who or what is this frequent that you are askign about? sorry not sure if i am missing something here.

Can I ask........when faced with an overcharge, have CS in your store been told to only "offer the difference", unless the customer mentions the policy.

The word is that Mr T has cut his staff's overtime on the run up to Christmas! Less working hours may mean a less efficient pricing program eh?

With the new State of the Art Price Checking System (S.O.A.P.C.S) now in place and fully functional I'm sure there will be no need for any overtime.

Frequent is a poster here who has "scored" with a couple of Tesco CS staff after chatting them up whilst claiming a refund for being overcharged. (Obviously, not both CSAs at the same time...). He's a bit limited now, though, as he's been given a nationwide ban from all Tesco stores.
