yes we are told to give the difference or refund and sell at correct price.

ok as long as dont know policy then get shouted at. which is part of the job description really. we get all the hassle

Couple of weeks ago, I think. A store banned him for being abusive (which, according to frequent, he wasn't). He tried to challenge the ban and ended up with a nationwide ban on top.

quite easily done i'm afraid. known a few people be banned from the stores around my area from abusing the overcharge policy. so be aware that after a couple of visits the girls on the desk will remember you and pass details on and can result in a ban.

dont over do it.

we always know when people are doing it on purpose esp is they come with 10 packs of pork chops or 5 dvds the same. just so obvious and sets alarm bells ringing straight away.

you are best to keep a low profile and not go over the top. last thing you want to do is be noticed and remembered.

sorry i have been posting around my babies feed so have not had chance to get used to this forum yet.

sorry if have offended anyone by not thanking people but i dont think there was any need to be quite insulting as i feel the pm commentleadhead made is suggesting i'm stupid.

The only thing it really affects.......is getting in touch with HO.

They can only tell who you are if you use your clubcard.

Hence the rule........Never use a clubcard for intentional RandRing.
