i'm new on here but am actually a tesco csd girl so may have served a few of you on here without you knowing lol.
They must have been flipping big receipts if it took a lorry to shift just 4 of them!
Anyway another Tesco employee! Wow where are you all coming from all of a sudden? Welcome on board0 -
Just to add to this, Tesco policy is only upheld if you fight for it.
Anyone who is genuinely sold a mispriced article, and takes it back to CS is then given the difference, not R and R.
I think that that is a big anomaly within Tesco's system - one that ENCOURAGES people to look for mispriced goods and claim their rightful R and R. After all the so called honest ones get taken for a ride, don't they?0 -

Thats not my experience.
I've claimed RnR numerous times in the last couple of weeks and not once did they try to fob me off by just offering the difference. I simply stated I was overcharged and I was given a full refund without question or argument everytime!0 -

According to this thread http://verylittlehelps.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3623 they all have been sent a 'host' message about this forum/thread - Maybe from there?
What a novel way of Tesco's controlling their 'pricing'0 -
Hey folks, as you can see, I am new to this site, have been noseying round the fourms - and am seeing all this about r & r and LEL etc etc. Can I be a real pain and ask for a brief overview of what it all means??? Or even a link to a thread which explains it.
Thanks in advance :-)0 -

Page 1 of this thread is a good place to starthttp://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=320565
If you look there to start with and have a quick read around, then ask any questions you have I'm sure they'll get answered

before you all start panicking. i am not a spy or nothing.
if tesco want to put up a stupid policy like this then its there fault that people are getting the r+r's as if they neva made the mistakes in first place then nobody would get the overcharge. we (myself included) are just showing them were they are going wrong in my opinion.
if anyone ever wants anything clearing up then feel free to ask me.
i've had a few good overcharges myself in last year so def agree with the policy. lol0 -
Well Done You
And welcome, nice to have another friendly Tesco person on board.
Quick question? Why do some CS think the money is coming out of their pay packet? (ok it might come out of their bonus, if they get one)0 -
