.
Sorry 306 but sainsbury's did have this policy a few years ago, where if you found an item that scanned at a different price than on the sel it was yours free of charge.
They don't have it now of course, but if you think about it, it would make sense to have it, just think of all the extra revenue from us MSE'rs as most of us do spend in store as well (to cover up the little perks we take) and the loss of revenue to Mr T cos we'd be at sainsburys.

Thanks
With respect, did you go back to your previous post to see if it had been answered.
I knew it had, so scrolled back to find that both ginjim and Hermann, both took time to give you an answer.
There isnt much more can be said.
If you did see these answers, why didnt you "thank" them.
By thanking them, you let people know you have seen the post and appreciate the help.
Personally if it had been me that took the time to answer your post, and you hadnt acknowledged it, or responded to the answer, then I would be less likely to help you again.....but thats only my view.
Take the advice given, try another CS/Manager.....if this fails, you have the option of either returning it to another store(gaining £20 as they didnt mark your recipt), or phoning HO, with a complaint.
A lot of us have won similar cases, but in the past Tesco's have refused this, as it is clearly an operator error......which they "say" is outside the bounds of a misprice.
Hope this and the 2 previous answers help your cause.
Good Luck.Couponing....."every little hurts"

I worked there from 96-99 and it was "double the difference" in those days. So if they did do as above it must have been either before or after then. :beer:We took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -

Sorry mate, I have to disagree with this bit.
Due to Tesco incessant price changing, and aggressive marketing policy, I believe they DO have many more errors than their competitors.
I believe this was stated a few "parts" back, by either maybe Ben500 or MyUserNamesTaken(apologies if I got that wrong).
Both of these posters(again I believe) are actively engaged in retail, and theire views are well respected.
Tesco have many more price errors than the other stores because they have far more price changes.Couponing....."every little hurts"

OMG have just been catching up coz was out last night, reading through am I the only one who thinks Kev Kelly and Tesco Employee are one and the same!!!
This person must be having laugh.
It feels like everyone is waiting round for a big rnr again. I think it will be this week, does anyone know if they have any Wii's yet, I hav'nt been in for past few days apart from popping in for 2 mins last night but there were not stickers on dvds apart from the jim carey one which said 15.97 but there was not sel, so was'nt sure whether this was now the correct price and did'nt have time to find out.0 -

So why do you believe, and what advantage is it to either, if they are the same person.
And why should they be having a laugh.Couponing....."every little hurts"

Oh come on, coming on here with the name kev kelly for a start, then saying they have heard his name mentioned and as someone said, he hasn’t been mention on this one so they must have been reading the thread before!
Then when kev kelly went off, tesco employee suddenly appears..
Mmm well this definitely raises my suspicions0 -

what i would like to know if i took the xbox with the pes6 on would i get the xbox and game for this price even though its an old one and the price of the xbox 360 has gone up?
the xbox price on its own was £279.97 so i would be getting the game for nothing??

I can assure you im not registered as anyone else - I have no need to be. As for WIIs limited stock is expected before christmas but you'll have no chance of getting one as all the staff will get them first:beer: Happy Christmas!Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0
