Never has a credit card statement been awaited with such eager frustration I now know that although it is dated 5th September I am lucky if it is available online on the 7th waited until 11.30pm last night and although they had updated the balance there was no statement
This morning it was there and I am a happy bunny because they at last seem to be playing fair and deducted the amount paid off the two 0% offers finishing yesterday and not the one finishing in March so I have this morning paid off the balance remaining on one that ran out yesterday and that means that I don't have to do a balance transfer at the moment
I have also worked out that if we get the extra pay we are expecting in October I will be able to put enough in the offset account to clear the two cards that are finishing 0% in January :T
This will then only leave one card outstanding the one that finishes 0% in March and at the moment there is a balance of £8819.16 on that so I can't see I will be able to clear it by then but I will be reducing it as much as possible and one final balance transfer should see it gone
So today I have paid £469.87 to M**A your time is numbered

Good news DTBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

On a completely different matter are there any primary school teachers on here as we have had a form from school that I would like some advice about.
Thanks
DTxx
I have now had a very helpful reply thanks. I told OH that someone on MSE would be able to help and I was right which is always rather satisfying0
