Phew that is a relief any ideas what we should do and who is likely to be coming?
Just back from Cardiff having dropped off OS at Uni so he is happily settled.
He rang to say that he had heard on FB that if he repaid £5 off his student loan he would get a partial cancellation of his loan of £1500 so he has done it and I have checked and it seems right so paying it now rather than when he would be required to make his first payment means the £1500 is taken off straight away and saves him paying interest on it so he is becoming a proper little :money: in his own right

DT how does paying £5 save that amount? I would be interested to find out how my son can do this how do I find out the details for him?0

Not sure yet who will be around, NorthernLas was going to be running, but think she's not now. MrsMoo possibly, and KC if she's well enough. FW was also going to be running, not sure she is now, but may still fancy the day out.
Anyone else in the area?
Well done to your OS on this one. It does point out though the differences that exist.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Yep, if I'm well enough (**huge** wobble on my thread yesterday) I really want to be there. I have to see how my energy levels are ....
The £5 incentive sounds fantastic! Excellent news. I had some good news on that level myself yesterday - my one and only niece got a job, commuting distance from home, and starts next Wednesday.
Hope you have a nice weekend, DT.
