I got out of the habit of posting but I do keep popping in for a look to see if anyone else has. I had the one day failure early in May but mostly been good, keep bringing home-made salad bowls to work & adding either little tins of weightwaters tuna to them or a hard-boiled egg. Saving me a bit of money, stopping me going out in the car at lunchtime so saving my petrol too, having a walk instead and combined with these healthier lunches its helping me (slowly) get some of the weight off that I need to loose :)

I've completed my challenge as I have no more working days in May, yay! Did all 14 that I did have! (and still have two portions of my Gigants Planki left over for my lunches today and tomorrow at home!!!)

Well done to everyone else, will look forward to seeing what everyone brings next month! Have a great BH weekend all!

I like to freeze my sarnies so I can always take a lunch to work. However the only ones I can seem to do right are cheese or ham, It seems that you cannot add salad as it goes mushy.
I have also tried freezing baked spuds but they also went mushy.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?
If so you may save me a fortune:money:
