Hi all
I'd like to go for 15 days please - this is because 2 days in May I have AL (one was yesterday) and on Fridays I have lunch at the hospital (part of where I work) and we get subsidised meals at £1.25 for a main, and the food is very good as we specialise in eating disorders so the chef makes nice food!!!
Today I have salad of mixed leaves, vine tomato, cucumber, red onion, yellow and red peppers, with salt, pepper and chilli flakes, and some Hot Smoked Salmon flaked through it. To accompany I have a slice of M&S Meditteranean bread (on offer all Italian range at the mo - 3 for 2!). And a Yeo Valley Coconut yoghurt for dessert. For snacks I have a Tesco Light Choices Sea Salt pretzel sticks bag, and a Special K Mini Breaks Zesty Lemon bag!
Yum :j

I'd like to join in too please. I normally lurk but joining in will keep me on track. I am working 19 days in May (starting yesterday) and managed to bring leftover baguette from daughters saturday job in a cafe both yesterday & today, filled with leftover brie that I had in for visitors at the weekend and "buttered" with cranberry sauce..mmm, my lunches arent normally so nice! satsuma for my morning snack today & a few leftover raspberries with a natural yoghurt to get me through the afternoon.
I'd like to try and bring something from home all 19 days to save some money0 -

Can I join please?
Just had tuna and lettuce and rice, but the lettuce was soggy - booo!
I'm usually quite good bringing lunches in, but often find I spend more making them than I would buying a Boots Meal Deal, so am looking forward to inspiration.
I am half following Slimming world Extra Easy - not attending classes as trying to save money though.0 -
Bought in a packed lunch again. Have really been tempted to go to MacDonalds though today but glad I didn't as the packed lunch was scrumptious. Wasted a small amount of cash (70p) on a coffee though this morning. Not too bad though all things considered.Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
