UU - Burts Bees Lemon Cuticle butter - WIBA no it smells lovely but its v greasy like vaseline. Used it up as a night time treatment.

An In Champneys showergel and freebie gift set from Mr B's. Also got the Time Delay eye cream with the skinny as I am getting a bit paranoid about the crinkles round the eyes!

I have just sorted through my stash and have 10 bottles of showergel! I dont need any more! I have also got enough body butter and moisturisers to moisturise an army! I am now going to be totally ruthless with myself and not cave to anymore glitches and bargains till this lot is used up!

I have also gone through my make up bag and sorted out lip glosses and lipsticks that are unopened to put on ebay. I have enough lippy to last me a lifetime.

I think having sorted it out has made me realise that you do forget what you have so I must not buy!

    Evening all!

Random day out in Cardiff - I came home with nothing :p

We finally got a complete invoice through from TC this afternoon (about bleeding time!) but it says on that we have 20KG of luggage each + free inflight meals, although Im not sure what kind of meals they would serve at 6am? Nevermind for free Im not complaining - I was saying to OH we can pretend we are dead posh and rich - brochure price for this holiday was over £1200  Living it up eh!

Beginning to panic over the entire thing (I panic about travelling anywhere - even if its 30 mile down the road) but Im SO worried about missing the plane its ridiculous, Bearing in mind driving there (1hour), car parking (it says allow 1hour + transfers are only every 20mins) collecting tickets (who knows when the ticket desk opens) plus then check-in (says 3hours before) that's putting me at 1AM to leave the house....although OH says Im being ridiculous about the whole thing and we don't need to leave even remotely that early...
He's only ever driven to the airport once, where he got totally lost thanks to a sat-nav so in my opinion has no real idea where he's going which means it could take us forever (especially as Im rubbish at directions). Im panicking about the car parking situation, and as someone mentioned on here the ticket desk might not open until really late so who knows when we could finally check-in! Grrrrr so stressed, holidays should be relaxing!

Ive started putting some bits and bobs to one side and sorting through my toiletries now - OH is of the opinion we can just take one shampoo and shower gel and share it...Noooo I say - 1) I want MY shampoo etc and 2) I need to have an excuse to use everything up.

Had dispatch email about my shampoo - bottle of herbal essences, hoping I get a free gift with it too, If I do I *might* just order another bottle, really sad isn't it?

Placed an order with the Evans glitch this evening - not holding my breath on it working out but *if* it does then Ive just bagged myself a free (well £4 postage) swimming cossie for hols (size 14 I hasten to add) :p

That is well funny filling up old bottles - doesn't the OH ever notice that it never seems to be going down or does he assume you just bought the same one again??!!...

I wait until it's empty - OH leaves it on the side for me to 'rinse and take to Origins for recycling' ;) Then I refill :D

It's very messy, isn't it? It keeps dribbling down my face!

I'm a Euroaddict, I love it. My cousin Arno in Estonia got a song through to the Estonian final 6 songs a few years back, - wasn't chosen, boo hiss, my Mum (she was Estonian) would have appreciated the connection, she was a Euroaddict too. Estonia usually do well and they have won it before now.

There is a guy from the town I live in singing for Romania tonight, he's a year younger than my DS, must ask DS if he knows him, as DS is a semi-pro musician. I think this lad would have been doing performing arts at the same time/place I did my degree, also think he was my daughter's bin man - small world.

my biggest claim to fame in the family was my grandads cousin was the soundman on Only fools and horses (only in the granddad episodes and the first few with albert though :p)

Biggest claim to fame... ooh, probably that my nephew by marriage did his Army officer training at the same time and place as William, Duke of Cambridge, mentioned that before I think. My DD & DS's second cousin is a well -known Glaswegian folk singer, good friends of mine are singer-songwriters.
Pete Doherty's Mum was my friend and neighbour when we lived in Germany and I have pictures of Peter as a lovely, cute three year old. I keep meaning to track his Mum Jackie down to send her copies.

Thats pretty impressive lol. I once met fox from gladitors but i was about 5 at the time and she came to my school for a sports thing. Everyone elses is much better than mine - mum has met (and done work for) david attanburgh (sp?) and tony hart - apparently thats not his real name. OH's list is pretty impressive, well to me at least. His great (great?) granddad was a well known artist and walt disney himself offered him a job but he turned it down lol and OH once scored a goal against ryan giggs + met others in random situations - ie. Jodie marsh in mcdonalds + his band were @ recording studios in cardiff and he ended up meeting matt tuck (i doubt anyone know who i mean) as bullet were recording thier album there at the time

Hello guys :D. 2 ins today. 2 botanics eye gels for DH. They were reduced to £1.25 each.
charlie, google directions seems to want you to go M4, M5, M32, through the centre of Bristol and then head to the airport. The airport is very well signposted from the centre of Bristol and once you have come out of the other side of Bristol, it is a fairly straightforward drive. I don't know about parking there though I'm afraid because we have always just picked up and dropped off there and sat in a laybay waiting for a mobile phonecall to say that the paope have landed. We don't even bother parking in the carpark anymore- it's expensive!
