Forgot to say I had another UU yesterday. Bottle of Philosophy Amazing Grace Shower Gel (the full size) WBA but obviously not for very long time. Will put this on my shopping list for Orlando but may hold out until nearer Christmas time as QVC tend to have this one at a good price most of the time.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Just dropping in to post one UU. Molton Brown eye rescue. It had been hanging around so long it smelled a bit funny and I gave up on it and used it on my legs as a moisturiser. WIBA probably not it came as a freebie with other products and I was never impressed enough to use it regularly.

hanval - I used to love the boots peppermint and nutmeg bubble bath from years ago, they used to do a pillow mist too, gorgeous, don't know why they stopped doing this range.

Lemon Tree - don't wait for you BS e-mail, just take your LYB card into BS and tell them you are claiming your gift, you can choose something upto £5 or spend a bit more if you want.

EH - thanks for the Avon info, my SSS has a label with green on. I think I might return the brow gel, feel a bit awkward because i have never met the avon lady she is my friends neighbour so i do it all through my friend.

Re school holiday prices I think Labour looked into it and came back saying there was no case to answer - WHAT - I have taken my kids out of school for 1 week on two occasions, school are very off about it, we went to centre parcs both times, we love it there, but during the school holidays it is 4 times the price - no way it is worth paying those prices.

I have two uu today, the HE sample shampoo and conditioner, the ones in the orange sachet, nice enough, got two applications out of them, could have been more really but too hard to struggle with the sachets.

Also used my Flake Away again today, used it with my nivea pampering shower oil which doesn't lather so that was better, but it seems to get all over, I only use it on my arms and legs but am covered in it and it takes some rinsing off. Will endeavour to finish it rather than throw it.

I have never recieved an email from TBS - won't I need this to get my birthday fiver then? Getting a bit worried I'm going to miss out!!

No, just take your LYB card in, it should have your birthday written on the bcak and explain you are there to redeem your birthday gift. :T
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Sawan... FAB nails! The crackle is lovely isn't it? So much easier to apply than the Barry M one! I know what you mean about applying in different directions, I reckon that would look really cool! What's the colour underneath the crackle? It's sooo pretty!

morning all! Dead quick pop in as im on my phone in bed :p been awake since 5! Off out shopping today with OH as he reckons he basically needs an entire new wardrobe for holiday - have dropped many hints that i need some stuff too but im not holding my breath. Ordered an in - nothing exciting just a shampoo as im sick of mine but it was only £1 which to be fair was cheap with free postage and apparently they are giving away free gifts with each purchase so fingers crossed haha

Where is the purple crackle from?!! I know Barry M now do a blue and pink one as well as the black.

One UU for me today - Next Paradise Perfumed Body Scrub - WIBA? Nope, not very perfumed and not a great scrub! It was a gift that needed using up. I'm down to my last one (out of 4) of my body scrub stashes, but the next one (Boots Mango Sugar Scrub) is full size so will last ages!

I've cut the tube open on my handcream so hopefully i'll have some UU to report soon.

Out of interest, does anyone use henna on their hair?Does it just fade or will I end up with roots?

Probably because the MPs can afford to take their kids on holiday at any time! I'm a bit of a hypocrite where this is concerned as I think it's ok to take a child out of school as long as it's not a regular occurance ie once a year. I have done it and am doing it again this year. It depends where we are going. Last year we went away for a week so could plan for it to fall in the holidays but, if like this year, we decide to go for two weeks then I do it. We go away during the October holiday and then Emma is away the first week back. Next year though we have booked two weeks in August because Emma will then be in Year 9.

When she was in primary and junior school one of her friends was taken out of school regularly ie about 3 times a year because the family owned property in Turkey. Another mother I know takes her kids out of school all the time and she works for a travel agent so gets a discount anyway!

Anyway getting down off the soap box. I watched Super Scrimpers earlier and enjoyed it. Was a quirky version of Spendaholics. Not sure about using tights to make chutney though euugh! Liked the half and half face challenge as well.

Have painted my nails - wearing my new OPI Guy Meets Galvaston.
