I was browsing the nails inc site, and put all these wonderful colours into my basket, then looked at the total  So later on will order only renewal rewards membership, Hoxton purple crackle and Serpentine Road. Last year when I bought the Rewards membership, there was a glitch so I got 10% off with that and 20% with the InStyle code. No such luck this year it seemsNo buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

Hiya
I'm on the naughty step, 3 orders at BS - i've got to really stop myself going back for more, but to be fair, 2 of the orders are gifts for friends birthdays and one is for Immy Lou as I really like the baby body butter for her....
Although all the freebies are mine :eek:
Weekend in Manchester for me, seeing Ghost at the Opera House before it goes down to the west end and a nice meal and wine with Immy Lou's God Mum to be - I can't wait, really looking forward to it!!!
Hope everyone is well....
Rosemary hope things improve soon xChallenges - repay all credit cards by end of 2015Starting the savings for retirement :rotfl:

confession for me
last night i bought 4 big bottles of talc from Asda on their baby offer, i seem to use a lot of it and 2 for £2 for 400g tubs is better than a 200g or 250g from the pound shop..
given the way i've been feeling the last week or so i think i did pretty well just getting the 4 tubs but that's probably because that's all there was there.0 -
Hello luscious lovelies! A couple of outgoing for me.
My daughter has misappropriated my Estee Lauder PinkBerry Lipstick as her "signature colour" so I'll never see that again.I've also given her my Jemma Kidd Gloss Stick in Holders, the colour is too strong for me, it needs a younger face and / or a darker skin tone. (and someone who isn't so attached to wearing a lot of Bobbi Brown eye shadow,
:o it needs a clean uncluttered make up look. ) I've given her my Graphite Bobbi Brown Gel eyeliner and a brush too so she can practise for prom. It'll go brilliantly with the silver eye shadow she wants to wear.
I used Bobbi Brown Brownstone eye shadow on somebody and it looked amazing so I gave her one of mine. (Yes I had two! One was a mini.)
UU Jemma Kidd Lipstick / balm duo in Rita WIBA? Maybe if I miss it. It's a bit thick texture wise. I prefer the finer texture of Jemma Kidd Gloss sticks or Gale Hayman Lip Lift.
UU Models Prefer Taupe Cream Shadow with attached eye liner WIBA? I have one in the stash, and judging by how long this one lasted, by the time that finishes Models Prefer will have been defunct as a company for over a decade so I probably shouldn't! It's just such an easy no brainer look for me. I can apply it with my eyes shut, and did last week when the morning sunlight in my bathroom was so blinding that I did my whole face with my eyes shut! (I checked the blending in the hallways mirror before I actually left the house though!)
UU I've also chucked a Nails Inc Elizabeth Street that was years old and almost finished. Using it has become a pain so I gave it up as a bad job. WIBA? it was a quick easy colour to paint for a groomed look, but I don't think I'll miss it.
Love to all,
:heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpulsNot everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
Welcome to all new members :hello: shove up everyone - make room
Rosemary - {{HUGS}} - sounds like you need a proper sit-down, cards-on-the-table chat
Kaz - awesome post - I'm another who balks at paying full price for something. The reduced to clear shelf is my first port of call in most shops :rotfl: Whereas DD is one of those who doesn't even look at the price when she buys something - or take advantage of 3for2's  (thank heavens its not my money she's chucking away!)
I don't think there's been a week so far this year where BS haven't had some sort of offer/glitch - question is: if they stopped all the offers and reduced their prices to something reasonable would we still wait for a sale? :rotfl:Are their any tips for resisting temptation???? I really feel this is becoming a bit of an obsession...too many good offers around.
Make - and post - a stash list. Seeing it all in black and white (and knowing others can see it too ) really stops you in your tracks. Organise it so you can physically see your stash - I've sorted mine into drawers by type (hair/body/hand-and-foot) etc - and I can tell just by looking that I have enough of something (or - very excitingly- when I NEED to buy something :rotfl:)
Try to ignore the offers - unless it's exceedingly good or on a HG product - it'll be back again soon

I haven't been either - I really truly don't need anything - and haven't even picked up the MC with the BB despite seeing it everywhere - yay for us :T:T :rotfl:
No IN's or UU's here - my Night Cream has about a week left but I have another in stash so no need to shop
I picked up a copy of the Boots Mag and I'm tempted by the 25% off Champneys - but only if there's still a GWPWon't be in town until next week so ....
Got an email from Aveda today - an offer of 3 free travel sized suncare stuff when you go for a consult - HERE0 -

Right several INs to confess - parents came up today for thier passport interviews, bought with them a bag full of post and freebies they'd had delivered there for me. Toiletry wise I have freebies from Johnsons - Johnsons Face cream 50ml pot and Johnsons refreshing gel wash (150ml) and also a 7ml sample of Olay 3 point serum. Also had my second pair of free tights delivered there, and my second free T-shirt, plus a new bank card for an account I forgot I had - just checked it out online, only £2 in there but taken that out as every little helps
Big haul for me today, it was like christmas come early
Also had my £5 cheque delivered here this morning from Alba for thier make-up remover wipes I tested :j

Haven't read the new thread yet as this is the first time I've had a proper chance to come on.
A few UUs to mention, if I can remember them, most of which were UUd in April, a body lotion, room spray, perfume, cotton pads, and I can't remember if there was another one.
Have got my Avon order to collect when I get back to work next week so my ins for April are more than my outs. Must do something about that
Don't have any plans to buy anything in May accept I am thinking about buying some bubble bath for my husband for his birthday so won't count that, although if we agree that he will be moving back in soon then he can just help me use up mine
Oh, and please add me to the list, forgot to mention that.
Lynseydee - good to hear from you and I take it things with your Hubby are on the up?Well.....I had an exam for work today in town....Then had to walk through town and try resist the stores...I did well. Avoiding Bodyshop, Boots, Debenhams, all the makeup and toiletries. :j
Then I got to the Pandora store *gulp* and bought a charm, which was more than I would have spent on toiletries!!!:rotfl:
OOOOOooooo Shiny charms OOOoooo How bout a pic or a linky?
 A warm welcome to all the newbies - good luck.
Anyone got the Cath Kidson freebie bag with Easy Living mag this month? Just wondering if it is worth looking out for this weekend.
