    Hello all

I am still low carbing. I have managed to get through the headaches and feeling like hell stage, the sugar cravings are almost gone and I am very optimistic! The weekend (esp night out) is going to be a challenge but I am determined to see it through! :D OH is being very understanding, bless him, he wanted us to go out for dinner on Friday but has agreed to go to the cinema instead (phew). I'm not really one for eating at the cinema so that will be an easy option for me.

I really feel like I can do this, I can't believe it! My thighs look a lot slimmer - I wonder if I'm prone to storing fluid there as they are usually on the large side (even when I was a size 8, they weren't as slim as the rest of me). My ankles are less puffy and even my face looks fresher. I have more energy too. Last week I felt like I was about to faint for 3 days, but now I am much better.

I think I might go low carb every time I have a big occasion coming up, it certainly seems to be agreeing with me. I do miss chocolate though. I have been having one square of dark chocolate every evening just to keep my spirits up, I probably shouldn't but if it's within the 20g carb allowance per day then why not. :o

Will WI on Friday. I am trying not to weigh myself every morning lol.

I lost 1lb, not great, but a start!

have agreed to to o/time at 2nd job - 7am start on Sunday mornings, to avoid the Saturday night out!

    Good tactic, I like it.

Down to 72kg. Not sure how much I should read into it, as this was on the gym scales (the scales i'll be using from now on) But if true i've dropped 1.8kg in a week.
It has been a good week, eating wise. A glass of pepsi max after work instead of a beer, a chocolate mini roll to keep me going in the afternoon instead of a mars bar or salad both two extreme for me. So overall it is going well.
Keep up the good work guys and girls.

I've been doing ok - still trying to eat less than 20g of carbs per day - but the scales haven't budged in the last few days. :(

Today I ate a whole 500g tub of full fat Greek yogurt, it tasted so gooood but then I read that it has 6g sugar per 100g - that's 30g altogether oops! Ah well, hopefully it won't do any damage. Breakfast was 2 boiled eggs and lunch was a chicken leg. Dinner will be a green salad (after the aforementioned 700-cal tub of yogurt) and I am still off booze so fingers crossed for a loss this weekend! I will make an extra effort tomorrow and Sunday to be good, and will get some exercise in too. I might try on my dress again tonight for extra motivation!

ShAnE - wow, 1.8kg in a week is great - that's what I lost last week! Wish I could lose the same again... :o

    Good luck all xo
