Final WI today - 139.2lbs (9st 13.2lbs)!!! That's 6.6lbs off since the start of May, almost half a stone OMG!!!!!!! A first for me - I've never lost that much in one month before. I am soooo chuffed.

I have fallen off the low carb wagon since last week but am still eating smaller portions, and am trying to walk and cycle more, will keep up the good work as I have a wedding to attend in a few weeks.

I have GOT to get running again - that's June's target.

Final weigh in for may = 71.25KG or 157lbs - I went on a weekend away and certainly don't look or feel any lighter, so wondering if thats just lost muscle.
