Another -1 pound for me...I think.
I weighed in at 72KG last week, and this week I was about 71.4KG better than I had expected. I'll be delighted If I can drop that 1.4 before the end of the month.

  • Hello lovelies  hope you're all well :) I had my first weigh in yesterday and I lost 1.5lbs :dance: - it is the first time in months when I've stepped on the scales & have lost weight rather than putting it on :o really happy about it! I have been exercising like mad this week.

    weight now 9.9 :D

    Have a lovely weekend

    Hello All

STS this week so no change for me Dragon.

Really would like to get under that 15st mark by the end of the month but still can't complain how things are going.

Won't weigh in again now until the last day of the month. Will try to get some exercise in to get things moving again but working lots of extra shifts and odd hours so it's not easy.

    Stay well everyone

    Ma

Sorry I've been AWOL this month, I've given up smoking but unfortunately I've replaced it with eating, so I have been avoiding the scales :o

Well done everyone on your losses, STSems if that makes sense?? I lost 3.2lb this week but I have had a tummy thing so probably contributes. Probably TMI but couldn't keep anything in me.

    Good luck everyone :)

Also exercise wise, how much does everyone do?
If you do how do you calculate the claories burnt as you're meant to count net calories per day, aren't you?

I joined weight watchers & use their online tool & it tells me how many points I can have for different exercises, length & intensity. But I don't use all of those points as I don't quite believe it!

STS for me this week...which isn't too bad as I've been feeling fat and bloaty all week, and when I did a sneak weight check on Thursday I was heading upwards. I think it's probably a time of month thing but don't have periods now so hard to tell properly....just I still get the bloaty crabby side appear so reckong that's got something to do with it.
Am a wee bit gutted in some ways as I went back belly dancing on Monday, zumba Tuesday and gym Thursday...but the snack instinct has taken a lot more fighting this week!

Ah ok. thanks. I've tried out a number of different ones and they give me all different amounts so I tend to go for the lowest amount and use that one.

I try to get to the gym 4 times a week for a mixture of cardio and weights.
I never add on any extra foods as a reward for going to the gym. Infact if I cheat I subject myself to more torture at the gym.

Otherwise i'll find I'd burn 300 cals down the gym, and then "treat" myself to 200-400 cals of treats, then I attend up STS and get demotivated.
