Can I join the party? I weigh *mutter mutter* and therefore have quite a lot to lose. Aiming for 2lb a week; the first week I lost 4lb, but then second week (this week), I have been a bit naughty. Climbing back on board and hope to STS when I weigh in on Monday.0

Well done everyone this weekCan I join the party? I weigh *mutter mutter* and therefore have quite a lot to lose. Aiming for 2lb a week; the first week I lost 4lb, but then second week (this week), I have been a bit naughty. Climbing back on board and hope to STS when I weigh in on Monday.
Good luck for your weigh in. Keep it up over the weekend and you can definitely STS:)
I'm doing my weekly official weigh in tomorrow (although I can't resist weighing myself every day :P). Not too hopeful as I feel super fat at the moment. Maybe the weight will just slip off over night (I wish!)
I'm also measuring body fat, well my scales are, does anyone know how realisticly the percentage I should be looking at, or if I'm at a healthy percentage should I just be aiming to keep it?0 -

Hi all, thanks for the warm welcome.
I had quite a shock at Weight Watchers yesterday, weighed in at 14st 1.5lbs. As I was 13st 2lbs just before last Xmas, thats nearly a stone gained. Anyway, hopefully it's given me the push I needed!!
So my start weight is 197.5lbs please
Good luck everyone

hello everyone just checking in for WI
Now weighing 15-2 (212lbs) so 5lbs off this week.
Have managed better this week with the exercise, done some lovely long walks but TBH I think a lot of the loss is due to me not being well for a couple of days. Ah well every cloud has a silver lining.
Good luck to everyone may your £££s increase and your lbs decrease

Good afternoon everyone!
I did my weekly WI in this morning and I've lost 1.6lbs this week. I don't know if the rate I'm losing is exceptionally slow, but I feel it is. Help!!0 -
Aw mango don't get all upset - don't they reckon 1-2lbs per week is a good healthy weight loss. The important thing is that you ARE losing weight so don't get all downhearted - just focus on the positive and if you keep doing what you're doing it'll go in the right direction0

Thanks

hi guys I haven't been around since the beginning of the month - again. I am just not doing very well at this dieting malarkey! so I joined WW yesterday - weighing in at 9st 10.5lbs (so I've put on more ) not really surprising when I've been being so bloody greedy! Anyway hopefully things will start to change now - hopefully I'll loose a lb or 2 before the end of the month!
Some really good loses - well done everyone xDF as at 30/12/16
