Just passing through before bed but i wanted to say congrats to all who have lost this month and keep going! those who haven't....don't give up, still 25 days of the month to go! If you work in an office steer clear of the biscuit tin. out of sight, out of mind. keep filling up on water and drink green tea with mint. It's LUSH and speeds up your metabolism x
  • Well, I joined Slimming World and although my starting weight wasn't a complete surprise, it is disgusting! Got a long, long way to go but the first two days have been good and I've swam 20 lengths of the pool tonight. Just hope I can keep it up!

Been a long and tough week and I have to admit I have eaten quite a lot of junk :o. I was hoping for an active day outdoors gardening and then going to the park to play but my DD is sick so we are having a house day. Sadly housework is not as appealing as the park :(. Oh and I just ate 2 fudge bars for breakfast so a bad start to the day.

I need a stern talking to! I really want to lose weight but seem to eat without thinking about it!

    Well done everyone who's lost!
Junk food isn't the end of the world just keep on eating healthy :)

I've lost 1.4lbs this week :). I'm not sure if scales can weight that accurately but mine seem too...
Can't get out to do exercise at the moment as I have suddenly developed acute anxiety, any tips for exercising in a very small room??

    Hi all,

I am pleased to report a 2lb loss this week.

Those holiday snaps have worked wonders.

I have been a lot more active and managed to eat a bit healthier, so lets hope I can do it all again this week.

    Hello Everyone

Had a poor week exercise wise because of working over ALL the bank hols so losing my days off.

But kept on the diet and still managed to lose 2lbs so very happy with that.

I'll get back to the exercise after the weekend.

    Love Ma

Hmm hand weights (even tins would do) and yoga on the bed seem the best ideas :p
