    Thank you :D

I want to get down to about 140lb. At 5'3 im over weight :( although i am the smallest i have ever been :D However I am in between a size 12 and 14 and clothes shopping is a nightmare i would love to just be able to walk into a shop and pick something up in my size and for it to fit :rotfl:

I have all the celebrity slim stuff but havent actually had chance to start on it yet (3 kids and just moved house!) so that combined with lots and lots of playing on the wii i hope to reach my target :D

I'm not really sure how this thread works, do you post how you are doing or only at the beginning and end of the month? To improve my eating I am following the "French women don't get fat" approach and it is looking promising. Been out at the park and playing lots of games to try and burn off calories.

It depends on you, some people post when they get weighed in at the docs/Boots once a fortnight/month, others like coming on and chatting most days - so pick what works for you and go for it!

Oh just don't weigh in more than once a week on here it confuses me :rotfl:

Snap! Same dress size and goal! I've done a Gp course too, but going to join Slimming World this week - apparently GPs can refer you so it's free - fingers crossed!

So, can you add me too please? Thanks! :j (does that count as exercise?!)
