Hi, can I join this month please?
I won't post my starting weight, but I know what it is.
I'm going to focus on making healthy eating choices, exercising, and drinking lots of water.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Hi guys (she shuffles in the room head hung low) so last time I was in these 'ere parts was around the beginning of April
and through lack of dedication & regular popping in for support I am unhappily 1lb heavier than I was at the beginning of April
:o
So starting weight for May is 9 stone 9lbs, am determined that by the end of the month I WILL be 7lbs lighter.
Now I was wondering - when I gave up smoking I used to go on to the thread & get some moral everytime I nearly waivered - can I use this thread like that?
I hope so so that's what I'm going to do & make sure I'm running every other day - am training for a 5k run in 2 weeks so may be a bit more than every other day for 2 weeks :j
Ok that's the inner ramblings of DNMS! Good luck everyone xDF as at 30/12/16
