So have stepped away from the kitchen and asked my daughter to make me an enormous fruit salad which I plan on using to combat my evening nibbles for the next few nights ;)

Evening! Well the healthy eating and exercise I embraced over the holiday weekend has paid off and I have lost 3lbs this week! I am tickled pink. Now I just need to keep losing weight at a steady rate.

it was swings & roundabouts for me yesterday - on a positive I went for a 5k run, on the other hand I had a packet of crisps & a cup cake (both were delish by the way so there is little remorse for me!) again will try my hardest today - still training for my 5k run next weekend
