So have stepped away from the kitchen and asked my daughter to make me an enormous fruit salad which I plan on using to combat my evening nibbles for the next few nightsLooking for the sunshine after the rain :cool:

Evening! Well the healthy eating and exercise I embraced over the holiday weekend has paid off and I have lost 3lbs this week! I am tickled pink. Now I just need to keep losing weight at a steady rate.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Have not taken cash into work since Monday, when a flapjack parachuted into my mouth from behind the bakers counter, it DID, HONEST!
This has helped the DFW in me and the fat moo outside of me!

it was swings & roundabouts for me yesterday - on a positive I went for a 5k run, on the other hand I had a packet of crisps & a cup cake (both were delish by the way so there is little remorse for me!) again will try my hardest today - still training for my 5k run next weekend :eek:DF as at 30/12/16

Been doing quite well this week. Was supposed to be going out to lunch but amn't now. Quite happy/relieved bout that.
On the minus side someone in my office is eating a warm croissant and I'm drooling at the smell!0 -
