    :j Woohoo...I've lost 3lbs this week :j
Tried to be a bit more active and have really been good at avoiding the snacks. Have also lost at least half an inch from each of all the bits I measure. Am savouring how I feel now as I want to be feeling like this more often - it's a great motivator :)

Been away for about 3 weeks now, in which time Easter and a Holiday saw any losses in April wiped out and me put on a KG.
Not sure if it's too late to join in, but i'm starting at 74KG as of today, and will be working hard to get down to 70KG hopefully by the end of the month but realistically, sometime next month.

OMG, couldn't find this thread, what an idiot! :rotfl:

Anyhoo, sign me up Dragon, I am here for the long haul and FINALLY seeing some results! I gave in to the low carb brigade as I am totally desperate to lose weight for upcoming weddings and a holiday.

It has been hard and mealtimes are very boring, but so far I have lost 4lbs in one week!!!!! This is like magic for me, I am just thrilled. I know it's only a short-term thing but if it gives me a good kick start then I will keep at it. I intend to reintroduce carbs slowly and sensibly after the initial phase and reach my goal weight (8st 7lbs) by the end of July.

I am feeling on top of the world!!! WOO HOO
