yesterday was not the best start to my diet
was at home feeling poorly & ate loads of rubbish!
Today I have armed myself with a healthy lunch, brekkie will be porridge at work, & loads of fruit for desert, I am going out for a meal with a friend but will be diet conscious.
Going for a run this evening.
If I start to crumble I will pop on here for some moral...DF as at 30/12/16

I am very happy to say I didn't crummble in my diet today - I did go out for a meal & have risotto which I realise wasn't a lettuce sandwich! But I didn't eat any carp throughout the day & I had a diet coke at the meal & am now having a cup of tea with low cal sugar - there is hope for me yet!!! :rotfl:DF as at 30/12/16

Dragon, count me again please

Last month started quite well, then Easter happened and it all went downhill
Two things have changed my routine, so I was eating on the run. I kinda know where I am now so things are settling down. Bulletproof0
