Computers been broken but I am -2lbs this week (Wed weigh in)Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Just come back from holiday, put on 2lbs but determined to get this off ASAP.0

A massive -4lbs, for me please!
Down to 216, from 220 last week!
Think partly TOTM - tho I don`t get many (fiberoids, BAD anemia, blood transfusion and finally a coil fitted.)
And partly complacencey(sp) about my diet & exercise levels.
Have swapped semi skimmed milk for skimmed, w/meal bread for LIGHT w/meal bread and found a low fat diet from the 90`s I can follow.
Worked out that I only did 10,000 + steps on 13 out of 24 days - not as many days as I thought.
Not sure what next week will bring? Poss +4lbs!
Will update sig in a bit......Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

Well done everyone on your amazing losses this week
During one of my sneaky mid-week weigh ins I have gone up about 1.5lbs but it won't be official until Saturday. I don't knwo what it is! I'm eating healthy, haven't had any slip-ups. Done exercise too so don't know why I'm putting it on. We'll see how the rest of the week goes.
Also treated myself to a Slendertone, will let you know if it improves my abs, I hope so!!0 -
stayed the same this week which im pretty glad off, had a full on weekend away which meant takeaways so im glad that i havent gained
this mojo still hasnt came back but im going for it this week quite strict lol already got the supplies in
plan is to def eat toast and jam for brekkie, fruit for a mid morning snack, soup for lunch fruit for a mid afternoon snack then main meal which i am limiting myself to pasta 3 times a week and watching other carbs
i rely on too much carbs so going to limit them this week, not going to eat a lot of pasta or bread (apart from toast)0 -

Could I suggest, in my opinion switching the Jam in the morning, for something like Marmite just for the B12, or even cheese spread. Or stick a slice of ham in between the toast and have a toasted sandwich. Just my opinion but that is a lot of carbs/sugar through out the day without much protein.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -

Not much of a binge if you ask me! :rotfl: Don't worry xo
I am 10st (140lbs) exactly today, bit annoyed to be back to 10st but I have been lapsing on the carb front the last few days! Back on track from tomorrow...
