Dreading weighin tomorrow had a fair few cakes today and ahhhhhhhh will update tara747 at least you're a nice round number, if that's any consolation. :)

Just read the next page well done tara747! Maldives lover I hope your back gets better you're doing really well anyway :)

I've lost -0.2lb which maybe a bit of a cheat, I was expecting to put on as all week I've been higher but I went on a run this morning and sneakily I weighed myself after....
It will repercuss on me after but we'll be content with that as I had a bit of a binge week, not only fruit but six cakes yesterday...

My final May weigh and it's STS again for me. But I have been a knowing piggy this week and tried to compensate with more zumba, gym etc. Must have done something right as I'm going down in numbers where I measure myself and jeans are getting loser :)

    Hello everyone

Last WI this month and I lost another 2lbs so now 210lbs.

Exactly 15st so really looking forward to getting under that, love seeing the numbers go down but something extra satisfying about a stone number changing don't you think?

    Love Ma
