    or perhaps its based on hitting certain levels - which few have done

    Everyone is on the same level right now so it's doing it alphabetically. It won't change till people start getting enough points to move to the next level

    Hi guys

    We're just trying this. I'm not wedded to it - so we'll give it a couple of weeks and see what everyone thinks then. We can always turn it off. I thought it may help stop the spammers getting hi reps.

    Another feature we're looking at is 'thank you hack' so people can click a thank you on someone's post rather than saying it each time and clogging up the discussion.

    As i say though - they're just trials, they're not a big deal :)
