Ah, it's not about putting people to shame El, don't worry. I use terms like Lardloss as a bit of light fun, because I used to be really hung up about my weight, especially when I was the fat kid at school. I used to get upset when people called me fat. Now I don't really mind accepting the fact. Just have to deal with it I guess and get over the stigma

And the scales this morning said "20 stone 2 pounds", so I've dropped another pound! Very happy about that...put me on a bit of a high (which has been immediately countered by the fact its me first day back at work today after 10 days off.

Another one down - 20 stone 1 pound this morning...very close to dipping beneath that magic 20 stone barrier now.

Hi El, I've got the numbers on my PC at home so I'll check them out tonight and update the graph. Mine is still up and down (but going in the right general direction, overall). Not got lower than 20 stone 1 pound yet, but sure it'll happen soon.

Joined an indoor rock climbing club today...that should help get me toned up a bit and also get over my slight fear of heights.

Seriously, I stood there and watched the climbers dangling like spiders from the top of the walls and thought I was going to be sick. Had to sit down. What a big Jessy. I've committed to the course now so I can't back out (I have witnesses!). Course starts in March as that was the first spot they had so it would be good to get as much beef off as possible over the next two months...I imagine it will be easier to do it the less weight I'm carrying...

Might even post some pictures of me frozen in terror on the wall being helped down by firemen. :o
